About Meals at Home
A personal food blog dedicated to simple, honest cooking — the kind that fills your kitchen with good smells and your table with people you love.
Meals at Home started as a way to keep track of the recipes I kept coming back to — the ones scrawled on index cards, bookmarked in dog-eared cookbooks, or texted to friends after a dinner party. Over time it became something more: a record of the seasons, the occasions, and the everyday moments that happen around a shared meal.
I believe good food doesn't have to be complicated. Most of the recipes here use a short list of ingredients and straightforward technique. What matters is quality — a ripe tomato, good olive oil, butter that actually browns — and a little patience.
New recipes go up most weeks, organized by season and occasion. Whether you're cooking for one on a Tuesday night or feeding a crowd on a Sunday afternoon, I hope you find something here worth making.
